Needs: An adopter who can continue to work with him on basic commands and potty training. Someone who can engage him in play (which he enjoys) and give him the attention he loves. 

Loves: Playing fetch and receiving affection from people. He also enjoys the company of other dogs.  

Story: Jimmy was found tied outside a supermarket in a bad state. He was picked up by one of our volunteers and brought into OPJ care
