Status: Currently in a temp foster home but need a long term foster home until a suitable adopter is found for him

Temperament: Friendly, Playful, funny, entertaining - medium to high energy

Good with strangers? Yes

Good with kids? Yes

Good with dogs? Yes

Good with Cats?  Reactive to them, barks at them and tries to chase the street cats 

TRAINING: 

Knows commands?  No, needs training but does come when called and understands NO

Potty-Trained? On pads and outside - but would need reinforcement in new home

Crate Trained? Unknown 

Walks on a leash? Yes
 

Loves: going for walks, exploring, giving and receiving affection

Needs: An adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to settle in and get used to his new home and family while reinforcing boundaries and potty training. Someone who can play with him, set a daily routine for him and brushing him up on basic commands. Ideal for an active person who can walk him daily. Would do well in a home with other dogs. 

Story: Capri was found in a park with no identification. Thankfully he was piked up by a man walking in his own dog and surrendered to OPJ for care. Unfortunately, his owners were never found and now he is waiting for the right adopter to call his own.
