Temperament: Friendly, sweet, medium energy

Good with strangers? Yes

Good with kids? Yes

Good with dogs? Yes

Good with Cats? Unknown (not tested)

TRAINING:

Knows commands? Unknown - needs more training 

Potty-Trained?  Will hold himself while in his crate but will  need more training in a new home.  

Crate Trained? Yes, sleeps in the crate at the shelter  

Walks on a leash? Yes, but needs more training 

Loves: the company of other dogs and receiving affection from humans. 

Needs: He needs a patient and dedicated adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to settle into his new home with his new people. Someone who can exercise him, continue with his training on basic commands, setting clear boundaries and  give him the care he needs. .   

Story: Chance was found abandoned in a park in a poor state. He was picked up by one of our volunteers and brought in for medical treatment. Sadly, his owners were never found. Now Chance is in great health in the OPJ shelter until he finds a suitable foster/forever home.
