Goofy, Curious, quiet, Very good motivated knows sit and down ( for a treat) likes to initiate play with other dogs once comfortable with them. 

Temperament: friendly, sweet, very very playful

Good with kids? No just because he tends to get over excited and nips them

Good with dogs? Yes, when scared he will just try to hide. Very interested and likes to play

Needs: 

Adopters who are ideally experienced with dogs or at least willing to put in the time to learn about training a dog properly as well setting clear boundaries. Would do well with structure / active household who enjoy being outside / going on walks 

Loves: Loves to play with toys and fetch the ball, loves attention and affection (being cuddled). Loves to sit and observe his surroundings. Also enjoys chew bones. 

Story:

Shams was dumped in a park. He was found by a passer by who noticed him scared and huddled under a car. He gave him food and water by people in the area and then a man who worked nearby took him to a dog boarding service then reached out to us for help with finding him a home.
