Good with Cats: tends to chase and play with them, but wouldnt harm them.

Loves: Going for walks, playing with other dogs. 

Needs: A patient adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to get used to his new home, family and routine. Someone who can take him on walks and provide him with the care he needs. Charlie would do well as a second dog.

Story: Charilie was left behind by his previous owner who came onto hard times and had to leave the country and sadly could not take him with her or have him reunite with her. Charlie then came into OPJ care and is just waiting for the right person to come along.
