An adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to settle into his new home. Someone who can walk him, play with him and give him the attention he needs. Ideal to be in a home with no children.

Story: Oscar was found tied up on the roof of an apartment building and thankfully rescued by a neighbor who then surrendered him to OPJ. It was later revealed that he was left behind by his owner who left the country and left him with a family who couldn't keep him inside the house and so put him on the roof. Now, is in good health waiting for the right adopter to come a long.
