Loves: Running, Going for walks,  receiving affection and playing with other dogs. 

Needs: An experienced adopter with space, time and  energy to exercise her daily, reinforce boundaries, basic command training and potty training.   

Story: Otis was found in a poor state with no identification or sign of his owner. Luckily he was found by kind people who contacted OPJ and brought him under our care. Now, Otis is in good health, just waiting for a suitable foster/adopter to come along.
