Potty-Trained? semi, indoors on a pad and outside, but needs more training

Loves: playing with other dogs, toys, receiving affection and going for walks.
 

Needs: An adopter/family who can give him the love he craves, work with him on basic commands and reinforce potty training. 

Story: Yoda was in the street in a very sad state. He was found by a kind man who reached out to us for help. Upon arriving, Yoda came straight to his rescuer so grateful for the kind help. He has since been groomed and treated and is now in a foster home waiting for a suitable adopter/family.
