Gender: Jave (Female) Junior (Male)
Age: 11 months old 

Date of rescue: Sep 2025

Medical History: Vaccinated. Junior is Neutered, Java will be spayed before adoption. Both will be microchipped before adoption. 

Status: Needs a foster home until a suitable adopter is found for him. 

Junior has a birth defect where he cannot bend one of his back legs. it does not cause him pain and does not stop him from moving around, jumping, running and playing.

Temperament: Sweet, Playful, affectionate, Medium energy 

Good with strangers? Yes

Good with kids? Yes 

Good with dogs? Yes 

Good with Cats? Yes 

TRAINING: 

Knows commands? Needs more training 

Potty-Trained?  Somewhat, they go outside and on pee pads but would need reinforcement in a new home. 

Crate Trained? Unknown

Walks on a leash? Needs more training

Loves: playing with other dogs and receiving affection, 

Needs: They need an adopter who has the patience to continue to train them on basic commands, potty training and walking on a a leash so that they can mature into the great dogs they have the potential to be. We are looking to keep them together because they seem so bonded but would be open to separating them for the right home. 

Story: Java and Junior were part of a group of dogs left behind by their previous owner who was a rescuer who sadly and suddenly passed away. Java and Junior were born in his care. They are now in good health and just waiting for the right family to call their own.
