Needs: Adopter who can give her the time and space to feel comfortable and settle in her new home and give her the attention and care she deserves.

Story: Loulou was found in the street in a very poor state. Thankfully one of the volunteers picked her up. She received the medical attention and care she needed. Her owners were never found. Now, she is in great health and just waiting for the right family to call her own.
