Needs: An adopter who can give him the space and time to get used to them and comfortable in his new home. Someone who can continue with basic command training, reinforce boundaries and potty training. 

Story: Taro was found tied up outside someone's house with a crate and some food. Sadly, it seemed his owners abandoned him. We took him in and have been caring for him in the shelter. He's good dog that is just waiting for the right foster/adopter to take a chance on him.
