Needs: An adopter who can give him the space and time to get used to them and comfortable in his new home. Someone who can continue with basic command training, reinforce boundaries and potty training. Tolstoy has never been in a home since being rescued so we dont know much about him besides his sweet and cute nature. 

Story: Tolstoy was found tied up outside someone's house. It was believed that his owners gave him him to their driver who then left him outside of people's house because they had dogs. Tolstoy was then surrendered to OPJ and received medical care. He's now in the OPJ shelter getting along well won't all the other dogs and just waiting until we find him a foster / forever home.
