Needs: He needs an adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to settle into his new home with his new people. 

Someone who can continue with his training on basic commands, socialize him and give him the care he needs. 

He loves to be with someone all the time. He loves to be petted by someone.

He can also be left at home alone, and can be a good guard dog as he can bark at intruders from outside.

Story: Chips and another dog were found together in the street by a kind person who then surrendered  them to OPJ. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into OPJ care where they were given medical attention and groomed. They are now in good health and chips is waiting for a suitable adopter.
