Status: In a foster home until a suitable home is found for him 

PERSONALITY: 

Temperament: Friendly, sweet, Playful, affectionate, low to Medium energy 

Good with strangers? Yes

Good with kids? Yes 

Good with dogs? Yes 

Good with Cats? Yes

TRAINING: 

Knows commands? Needs more training, but in general is very responsive and likes treats so can be easily trained 

Potty-Trained? Yes, in a littler box and/or outside.

Crate Trained? Yes, sleeps in the crate.

Walks on a leash? Yes, but needs more training 

Wallks with a leash? Yes 

Loves: playing with kids, receiving affection, being carried. 

Needs: An adopter who can give him the time and space to settle into his new home, work with him on basic commands, walking on a leash and taking him out more and exposing him to more things.

Story: Chips and another dog were found together in the street by a kind person who then surrendered  them to OPJ. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into OPJ care where they were given medical attention and groomed. They are now in good health and chips is waiting for a suitable adopter.
