Needs: An adopter who has the space for her to let out her energy, give her the care she needs, reinforce boundaries and potty training in her new home. 

Story: Stella's owners tied her up outside their house and told the house guard to give her away after neglecting her and even not providing adequate food for her. Now, she's good health and in good condition at the OPJ shelter until a suitable foster/forever home is found for her.
