Good with strangers? Yes, can take time to feel comfortable around them

Good with kids? YES 

Good with dogs? YES 

Good with Cats? Wary of them 

TRAINING: 

Knows commands? Yes (basics)

Potty-Trained? YES, mostly outside (tends to hold himself until he's taken outside - usually 3 times a day).

Crate Trained? No. He is not keen on being crated due to his history (see below). 

Walks on a leash? Yes perfectly 

Loves: hanging with his humans, playing with other dogs, chewing on dog treats. 

Needs: Adopter who can give him the time to feel comfortable and settle in his new home and give him the attention and care he deserves. 

Story: Roscoe was put in a cage in the garage of his owners building in the heat for many hours each day. He was dirty, matted and very distressed. Thankfully one of the neighbors intervened and he was surrendered to OPJ
